New Feature Alert -- Single Page Themes & Widgets

Have you heard? A fantastic new feature has been introduced into the Website Editor; one which will allow you to completely customize your website on an individual page basis. No longer is your website subjected to the constraints of universal-only widgets and themes, and with this increased freedom the sky truly does become the proverbial limit. With this single page widget feature, you can easily swap the banner image on a page or for a category of pages, as another way to help distinguish it from its counterparts. Not only can you change the banners, but you can also setup unique layouts and colours, listing galleries, rich text boxes and even web code widgets.

Thankfully one of the biggest limitations on the RealWebSolutions platform has just been lifted! Now you have the freedom to individually theme the pages of your website. Before you had to decide on one look and feel for your design; no longer is that the case. Are you a Realtor trying to cater to dual markets? Now your website can be themed for both.

Instead of an only condo-esque website with bold clean lines, and shots of downtown high-rises and designer interiors throughout, which can create an impersonal and out-of-touch feeling to potential buyers looking for a family home in the middle of suburbia, you can now style each section so that its look and feel properly reflects the buyer's market of interest. Just a few ways to help individualize a category is to change up the colours and imaging, use different listing gallery settings; add community information in the content instead of the newest pre-sale developments. Conversely, for a Realtor that specializes in family homes but doesn't want to neglect the condo market, you can now setup a section that has condo information, and a look and feel unto its own.  Now a condo buyer won't be mislead into thinking you're not the Realtor for them, because your website's condo-content is no longer overshadowed by pictures of families moving into houses, and information on local paediatricians and elementary schools.

Ever wanted to setup a customizable, 1-3 page unbranded microsite to help generate traffic and leads, but didn't feel the necessity to pay for 2 accounts? Now all you need is a secondary domain name. With this new tool you could change the colours of the microsite's pages, edit its information, rearrange its layout, and even setup a new menu, all while conveniently keeping your primary website unchanged. 

Now you can also setup Preset Themes, which allow you to save the layout and colours of a custom page, and apply them to another custom page, saving you time on reconfiguration, and allowing you to keep concurrent themes throughout your website's different categories.
